Client Relationship Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our agency partners. You’ll drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the agency channel to achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to agency partners.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
• Monitor and analyze agency performance, spotting trends and areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve partner issues quickly and effectively.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
• The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
