Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all customer service and branch operations activities
Ensure smooth handling of branch transactions, customer queries, and escalations
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain service standards and compliance
Supervise branch staff and ensure adherence to operational processes
Maintain records, audit reports, and ensure regulatory compliance
Support the branch in achieving service and operational targets
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
3 to 5 years of experience in branch operations/customer service in Banking/Financial Services
Strong knowledge of banking processes and customer service protocols
Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
