Job Description

Seeking an experienced Bancassurance Sales Manager to oversee sales teams, push goal attainment, and maintain superior customer service. Requires extensive industry knowledge and proven experience in sales management.

Role & responsibilities: 

• Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners Focus on Customer retention.
• Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross-selling the product mix.
• Meeting prospective customers with the channel sales team to sell insurance solutions.
• To handle the walk-in Customers at the Branch.

Qualification Criteria: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI.
• Age 21 to 38 years
• CTC up to 3.25 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job
