Client Success Manager
Job Description
As a Client Success Manager, your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction by supporting agents in delivering excellent service and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with agents to help them convert leads, track sales progress, and develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. You will also foster long-term relationships with clients and partners to ensure continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support agents in converting leads and meeting client needs.
- Track sales progress and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new agents.
- Develop and execute strategies for improving client satisfaction and achieving sales goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with agency partners and clients.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation in any field.
- At least 2 years of field sales experience in insurance.
- Valid bike and driving license.
