Job Title: Counter sales Executive
Location: Balaghat

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead a team of on-ground sales reps, guide their daily goals
• Plan and cover assigned routes to boost sales visibility
• Visit clients, demo products, and lock key accounts
• Track numbers, share simple updates with leadership
• Be the bridge between the field and office — act fast, think smart

What You Bring: 

• 2+ years in sales, team lead experience is a plus
• Local candidate
• Bachelor degree is mandatory
• Confident with people, quick to build trust
• Knows the local area well, speaks the local language
• Two-wheeler a must; mobile-savvy a bonus
• Self-driven, doesn’t wait to be told what to do
