• Experience: At least 2 years in field sales.
• Education: Minimum of a 12th grade diploma or equivalent (12+3 years).
• Age: Between 21 to 38 years.
• Location: Must be local.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 

• Generate your own leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with the team to plan and execute sales strategies.
• Generating leads from open market.
• Driving revenue through strategies
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
• Explain all the rules to the team which generates by you.
