What You’ll Do:
Handle customer queries and service requests
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues

Keep records updated and manage documentation
Ensure smooth coordination between branches and backend teams
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate (Any stream)
Experience in customer service (Life Insurance preferred)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of insurance products
