Job Description

A Development Manager (Sales) is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales team  and developing strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • collaborate with marketing to create sales materials, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
