A Direct Sales Executive is responsible for selling products or services directly to customers, often through field visits, door-to-door outreach, or client meetings, rather than through retail stores or online channels. It’s a front-line sales role requiring strong persuasion, resilience, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit daily activity reports to the team leader or manager
- Promote offers, new product launches, or seasonal campaigns
- Conduct field visits or phone outreach to acquire new customers
- Present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
