Job Description

A Direct Sales Executive  is responsible for selling products or services directly to customers, often through field visits, door-to-door outreach, or client meetings, rather than through retail stores or online channels. It’s a front-line sales role requiring strong persuasion, resilience, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit daily activity reports to the team leader or manager
  • Promote offers, new product launches, or seasonal campaigns
  • Conduct field visits or phone outreach to acquire new customers
  •  Present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
