Direct Sales Executive – Insurance

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Direct Sales Executive to join our insurance team . This is not an agency-based role — you will be directly representing the company and working on generating leads, building client relationships, and closing insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities: 
Promote and sell life/general insurance products directly to customers
Identify prospective clients through field visits, cold calling, and networking
Understand client insurance needs and suggest suitable plans
Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Candidate Requirements: 
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in insurance, banking, or direct sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service focus and goal-driven approach
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Must be between 21 to 38 years of age
