Job Description
The manager will oversee a team of financial planners, collaborate closely with insurance agents, and provide expertise in creating holistic financial solutions that maximize clients’ financial security.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Leads will be provided by the company.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings to present insurance products.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Negotiate terms and premiums to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for both the client and the company.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional insurance products to existing clients.
REQUIREMENT
- Any graduate
- 1+ any field sales and 6-month BFSI experience
- 21-38 age
- Aadhar card, pan card, and experience letter must
- Nearby location preferable
SKILLS
Strong knowledge of insurance products and financial planning principles.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience managing performance and developing staff.
