Job Role:

We are looking for a Field Relationship Manager to join our insurance sales team in Pune. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers and explain insurance products
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Generate leads through field activities
Achieve monthly sales targets
Follow up with clients for policy renewals and cross-selling

Who Can Apply:

Graduate in any stream
1 to 3 years of experience in field sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Must be comfortable with fieldwork
