Job Description

We are looking for a field sales executive to drive sales through our agency channel. This role involves building relationships with agency partners, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with agency partners to promote and sell company products and services
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs within the assigned territory
  • Conduct regular training and support for agency partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptly
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and after-sales processes

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agency channel or relevant industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Customer-centric with a focus on providing solutions
  • Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities
  • Willingness to travel as required
