Roles and Responsibilities:
• Recruiting a team of financial advisor on commission basis and generate the business.
• Monitoring and follow-up process for driving sales through advisors.
• Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
• Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
• Identified the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same.
• Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management and monitoring capabilities.
• Improve agent productivity and retention.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
