Positions and Accountabilities:
• Utilising career planning, training & development, and coaching, create, manage, and grow a high-performing team.
• Manages financial analysis to assess managerial and organisational performance and foresees possible consequences of choices made using financial data analysis.
• Examine the monthly and quarterly financial reports and give business managers and other senior management insightful commentary.
• Retain up-to-date understanding of company regulations and processes in order to mentor other employees.
• Provide analytical support and timely, practical insights by collaborating closely with a cross-functional management team.
• Make sure your recommendations are communicated to upper-level management in a clear, succinct, and powerful manner.
• Promote creativity and strategic thinking to advance methods for financial reporting and analysis.
• Offers guidance to others on a range of financial instruments, methods, and strategies.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
