Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Make sales calls using telemarketing to advertise life insurance
• Establish and nurture enduring bonds with prospective clients
• Find and seize fresh chances for sales
• Achieve monthly sales goals and surpass them
• Work together with the sales group to maximise sales tactics and procedures.
• Ensure that every customer has a great experience by offering outstanding customer service.
• Finding new business prospects by cold phoning, emailing, and attending networking events; then, contacting the appropriate contacts.
• Creating quarterly sales reports that include key objectives, trends, and highlights; also, conducting data analysis to enhance sales tactics along the funnel.
• Evaluating leads that the marketing team produces and creating a prospect’s down-funnel path for each.
• Setting up and participating in discovery calls, presenting products, following up with current customers, gathering feedback.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
