Responsibilities:
• Reach business objectives for the number of cases and annualised new premium.
• Get new clients by using a variety of sales strategies
• Take part in hiring and disciplining staff members.
• Identify and share sales targets that support organisational objectives.
• Assign responsibilities and manage personnel to uphold performance expectations.
• Keep tabs on sales negotiations and offer constructive criticism on tactics
• Keep in touch with clients to learn about their needs
• Use market research and performance evaluations’ insights to improve plans.
• To keep the workforce informed about new product releases, hold regular training sessions.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
