Field Sales Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Actively market to local customers and close deals on a range of items.
– To meet sales targets, cultivate and maintain strong bonds with both present and future customers.
– Give engaging product talks and demonstrations to highlight the special benefits of our lines of work.
– Provide appropriate pre- and post-sale services to the customers.
– With the goal of meeting or exceeding sales targets, successfully negotiate and close sales deals.
– Collaborate closely with management and the sales force to create and carry out effective sales plans and campaigns.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
