Responsibilities:
• Create and implement strategies for sales in order to meet sales goals.
• Maintain and grow connections with current and future clients
• Track and evaluate sales results and client input
• Generate and provide sales reports.
• Deliver top-notch customer support via chat, email, and phone calls.
• Quickly respond to consumer questions, recognise and fix problems, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Respond professionally and empathetically to consumer complaints, offering suitable solutions to guarantee client happiness.
• Keep abreast on developments in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Create and preserve a successful sales network
• Find ways to promote additional goods and services to current clients through upselling or cross-selling.
• Help in creating and refining operations and sales processes and procedures.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
