Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Greeting and admitting customers
• Give accurate information about our products, including their features, costs, after-sale support, weight, and other specifics.
• Address concerns raised by clients regarding particular goods or services
• To make purchases easier, compare features and prices.
• Verify that displays are properly supplied.
• In order to deliver exceptional customer service, collaborate with the sales staff (particularly during peak times)
• Let clients know about specials and discounts
• Schedule follow-up meetings to update clients on recent advancements.
• Promote products by making connections and cultivating a rapport with customers
• In charge of all POS operations in the designated region.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
