Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Motivating and leading the group to accomplish the designated organisational goals and objectives.
• Coordinate new business, initiatives, procedures, and system requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide monthly updates and dashboards to management and partners on the state of affairs and advise management on growth plans.
• Oversee the back end and branch operations teams within the operations team to guarantee seamless business as usual.
• Create a lean, aggressive, economical, and customer-focused operations model.
• Attend to walk-in clients and be cognizant of their needs
• Manage the sale, product/service upselling and cross-selling.
• Create, plan, and carry out operations-related strategies with operational excellence.
• Coordinates the company’s sales goals with its robust business strategy by actively engaging in corporate strategic planning, developing sales strategies, forecasting, and sales
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 tears of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
