Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Use a variety of methods, including as social networking, email marketing, and cold calling, to locate and approach possible customers.

• Gain a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs and demands before presenting our digital marketing solutions to achieve their goals.

• Present and demonstrate our products to highlight the features and advantages of our offerings.

• Establish and preserve a solid rapport with clients by offering outstanding customer care and assistance.

• Respond to incoming calls and answer questions from customers about the product portfolio.

• Get in touch with clients again to expedite their orders.

• Work with Plants and Logistics to arrange for prompt delivery to the customer or the appropriate nation.

• Making sure the customer is happy and keeping in touch with them from the order stage to the delivery stage.

• Getting ready and promptly sharing MIS updates on demand generation and sales orders.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
