Job Description

We are seeking a field sales manager to drive life insurance sales through agency partners. This role involves leading a field sales team, developing agency relationships, and achieving growth targets with innovative strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the field sales team to exceed targets.
• Recruit and manage agency partners.
• Implement data-driven sales strategies and optimize performance.
• Gather market intelligence and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, and market knowledge.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and agency operations.
• Must reside in the local area.
