We are looking for a results-driven field sales manager to lead our sales initiatives in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance sales, profits, market share, and customer satisfaction in the Indian market by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Create and execute a market-based strategy that integrates both channel and direct project sales, focusing on long-term opportunities as well as short- to mid-term project bids.
- Build relationships with key external stakeholders to promote innovative projects and technological advancements. Identify target clients and sales objectives in India and strive to
- exceed them.
- Ensure that proposals, including pricing and trade terms, are aligned with technical and financial standards.
- Develop and implement a clear sales strategy for Grid Integration products.
Candidate Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Must be local.
