Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and guide agents to maximize performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at driving growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and stakeholders.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
• Continuously support agents in skill development.
• Prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in field and retail sales.
• Strong knowledge of agency sales and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Candidate must be a local resident.
