Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong network of insurance agents.
Meet and exceed sales targets through active field sales activities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to insurance agents.
Identify new business opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 2 year of experience in field sales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Must own a bike and possess a valid driver’s license.
