Job Description

A Field Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of sales representatives in the field. They develop sales strategies, set goals, and ensure their team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibility: 

  • Lead and manage a sales team in the field.
  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to sales representatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
