Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Field Sales Manager to manage company-provided leads, communicate the value of insurance plans, and drive sales through client-focused meetings and customized financial presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads generated by the company.
• Engage with prospective clients and promote suitable insurance products.
• Clearly explain policy details and tailor solutions based on client needs.
• Highlight key features and advantages of insurance offerings.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture client interest.
• Schedule and conduct one-on-one meetings with potential customers.
• Develop personalized presentations aligned with the client’s financial capacity.
• Execute planned field visits and customer interactions to drive conversions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing, across any industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in the local or home territory.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
