Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to inspire and lead a dynamic field team towards higher sales and performance.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field sales executives.
• Plan and organize field visits to meet business objectives.
• Provide on-ground training and guidance to improve team skills.
• Monitor and track team performance on a daily basis to achieve targets.

What We Need:
• 2+ years of experience in team handling and field sales.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about results.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire the team.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
