Job Description

The Field Sales Operations Head is a leadership role that focuses on managing and optimizing the sales operations in the field, ensuring that sales teams are working effectively, efficiently, and aligned with the company’s broader sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of field sales managers, representatives, and other sales personnel.
  • Streamlining and optimizing field sales processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
  • Assisting in the hiring and onboarding of new field sales staff.
  • Translating high-level goals into actionable plans for field sales teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
