Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to acquire and engage potential customers
Promote and sell products/services effectively
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Provide regular feedback and sales reports to management

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Target-oriented with a passion for sales
