We are seeking a frontline sales manager to lead a team of field sales executives and drive growth within our Agency Channel. You’ll manage sales targets, coach agents, and expand the market reach for our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team to meet sales goals.
• Drive insurance sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and train agents.
• Build strong relationships with agents for long-term success.
• Identify new opportunities to boost sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years in sales and field marketing.
• Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.
