Job Description

This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Achieving sales goals, managing relationships, and acquiring new clients are the main priorities of the role.
Identifying and onboarding insurance advisors is one of the roles and responsibilities.
Sales & Business Development: Create and put into action plans to increase sales.
Performance management: Encourage and assist in order to increase output.

Profile of the required candidate:  

Qualification: Graduate.
Experience: Two or more years in any sales-related field .
Age range: 21 years old to 38 years old .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Two-wheeled. It has to be local.
