Job Description

Job Summary: 
The Head of Sales Strategy and Growth is responsible for creating and leading sales strategies to grow the bank’s business and reach revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the bank’s business.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
Build strong relationships with key banking clients.
Monitor sales performance and report progress to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Qualifications: 
Experience in a senior sales role in the banking industry.
Strong understanding of banking products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
