Job Description
We seek a results-driven Life Insurance Outside Sales Executive to lead our team, develop strategies, drive revenue, and ensure excellent customer service and compliance.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Create and follow sales plans to meet targets and earn more income.
- Hire, train, and lead a strong sales team.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to keep them happy and loyal.
- Stay updated with market changes and adjust your plans when needed.
- Follow all industry rules and share regular performance updates with senior management.
Qualifications:
- Business, marketing, or a similar discipline at the bachelor’s degree level (MBA is a plus).
- More than 2 years of sales experience, including 6 months of management experience in the insurance industry.
- strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Salary up to 3.20 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Bike and Driving licence mandatory
