Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Insurance Business Manager to lead business development, manage sales teams, and ensure growth in insurance product distribution within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of insurance products through direct and partner channels
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of advisors or sales executives
- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and market visits
- Provide reports and business insights to management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance or financial services
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Good understanding of insurance products and distribution
- Willing to travel within the region
