Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Insurance Executive to join our team. This role involves selling insurance products, building customer relationships, and driving sales performance within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients
Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Provide excellent post-sale service and support to clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance sales or related fields
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in field sales or insurance preferred
