Role and Responsibilities: 

• Visit shops, markets, and customers to sell company products.
• Lead and guide a small team of salespeople.
• Make sure the team meets daily and monthly sales targets.
• Train and support new team members.
• Share daily reports and updates with your manager.
• Handle customer issues and keep them happy.
• Find new areas and customers to grow sales.
• Keep clear records of sales, visits, and customer feedback.

Candidate Profile: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
• Knows the local area well and comfortable with daily travel.
• Friendly, trustworthy, and good at talking to people.
• Has experience leading or helping a sales team.
• Can work under pressure and meet targets.
• Owns a two-wheeler and a mobile phone.
• Education: Graduation is mandatory.
