Overview: 
We are seeking a business development manager to recruit, train, and guide a team of business associates and advisors. This role involves setting targets, organizing regular meetings, and collaborating with field consultants to drive insurance sales and foster team growth.

Positions and Accountabilities:  
To grow the team, enlist business associates and advisors.
Plan the required training sessions to improve abilities.
Organize meetings with advisors on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to get updates and assistance.
Set monthly goals and income targets for the team.
Work together with field consultants to obtain insurance coverage.
Create plans to efficiently target the appropriate agents.
In order to assist agents in developing professionally, train and coach them.
 
Candidate Profile: 
a bachelor’s degree, regardless of field.
a minimum of one year of sales experience, ideally in finance or banking.
strong familiarity with banking systems and products.
outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to operate independently and effectively with others in a team setting.
Give preference to applicants who live nearby.
