Insurance Sales Manger

Job Description

We are hiring a Direct Insurance Advisor to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time, direct company role (not agency-based). The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance or financial product sales and will be responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance solutions while ensuring high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities: 
Promote and sell insurance products directly to clients
Understand customer financial and insurance needs
Offer expert advice and customized insurance solutions
Build and maintain a strong client portfolio
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
Follow up with prospective clients and close sales
Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Requirements: 
1 to 2 years of experience in insurance, finance, or direct sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-driven with a professional approach
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
Age between 21 to 38 years
