Job Description

A Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for a company’s products or services. This is a key entry-to-mid-level role in the sales funnel, where the primary goal is to create interest and build a pipeline of prospective clients for the sales team to convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, databases, events, or referrals
  • Schedule appointments or demos for sales managers or account executives
  • Understand the prospect’s needs, budget, and decision-making process
  • Support marketing or product teams in lead-generation campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
