About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Lead – Sales Training professional to oversee the training and development of the sales team in direct distribution channels. This role will focus on building effective training programs, driving performance, and ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the skills to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement training programs for the direct distribution sales team
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching
Evaluate the performance of sales staff and provide ongoing support
Work closely with sales leaders to identify training needs and areas for improvement
Monitor and track the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed
Foster a high-performance culture through continuous learning and skill development
Candidate Profile:
Graduate with 2 to 6 years of experience in sales training, preferably in direct distribution
Strong leadership, presentation, and coaching skills
Experience in designing and delivering training programs
Ability to assess and improve sales team performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
