The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of life insurance products by leading a team, developing strategies, building client relationships, and meeting business targets. The role focuses on team leadership, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or executives
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement local sales strategies
- Guide clients on suitable life insurance products
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream (Bachelor’s degree)
- 2+ years of experience in Field sales
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
