Job Description
The Manager Client Relationship – Insurance is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients are satisfied with their insurance products, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and offering timely solutions to their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular policy reviews and suggest additional products that align with the client’s goals.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for policy sales, renewals, and product cross-sells.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure high client retention and minimize policy lapses.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
