To oversee our agency channel, we are seeking a dynamic field sales manager. This is the position for you if you have a strong interest in team building and sales!

Key Responsibilities:

·         Hire, develop, and guide agents to achieve optimal performance.

·         Create and put into action growth-oriented sales strategy.

·          Establish trusting bonds with stakeholders and agents.

·          Keep abreast of market developments and rivalry.

·         Continue to support agents in developing their abilities.

·         Create senior management performance reports.

·         Assure compliance with rules and guidelines.

Requirements

·         A bachelor’s degree is required.

·         At least two years of experience in field and retail sales.

·         A solid understanding of the sales and distribution procedures used by agencies.

·         Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

·          The candidate must be from the area.

·         A cooperative mindset centered on group achievement.
