Job Description
In a fast-paced setting, the frontline sales manager will guide and motivate the sales force to reach and surpass goals, cultivate customer connections, and improve team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee, mentor, and cultivate a top-performing sales force.
· Work together with upper management to create and carry out sales plans.
· Track performance and offer suggestions for enhancement.
· Establish and preserve solid client connections.
· Plan training programs to enhance product understanding and sales abilities.
· Make sales reports and deliver them to upper management.
Requirements
· Two or more years of sales management experience is required.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities and a history of forming effective teams.
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Goal-oriented and results-driven.
· You have to be a graduate.
