Job Description

In order to reach sales goals and increase market presence, the sales manager will spearhead the expansion of our agency network, concentrating on hiring, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

·         One of the main duties is to hire and train new agents.

·         To improve agency performance, offer assistance and training.

·         Create and implement sales strategies.

·          Establish and preserve solid ties with agencies.

Requirements

·         A bachelor’s degree in business or a similar discipline is required.

·         At least two years of sales or agency management experience.

·         Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

·         It has to be local.
