Job Description

To oversee and manage a group of insurance agents, we are seeking a driven sales manager. In order to grow the clientele, this position entails finding new business prospects while hiring, educating, and guiding agents.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversee, educate, and inspire a group of agents to achieve sales targets

·         Find new markets and commercial prospects

·         hire and train new insurance agents

·         keep abreast of product knowledge and industry changes.

Requirements

·         Strong communication skills

·         minimum of two years of sales experience

·         graduation are required.
