Job Description
To join our team, we are looking for a driven and customer-focused unit sales manager. You will be in charge of fostering enduring connections with clients, marketing high-end goods, and making sure that every customer has an outstanding sales experience in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and preserve a solid rapport with clients in order to comprehend their demands and offer customized solutions.
· Keep up with the most recent developments in luxury goods’ history, craftsmanship, and trends in order to explain the benefits of your products to customers.
· To increase sales with wealthy clients, apply sophisticated sales techniques like consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
· Make sure the sales floor reflects the brand’s upscale image and is aesthetically pleasing and well-organized.
· Support inventory management by keeping an eye on sales trends and restocking items to ensure product availability.
Requirements
· Graduation is required.
· At least two years of experience in marketing or sales, ideally in luxury or high-end retail.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales abilities; and
· A customer-focused mindset
