Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities :

• Identify qualified candidates for insurance advisor positions and ensure that they are licensed in order to meet the company’s sales goals.
• Encouraging advisors to achieve the company’s sales targets.
• Manage and track advisor performance, and provide on-the-job training.
• Managing stakeholder relations.
• Maintain tenacity in enforcing the policies that the advisory team has adopted in order to maximize overall profitability.

Conditions :

• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Two Years at Least in Field Sales
• Outstanding Ability to Communicate
• Currently Valid Driver’s License
